30 Day Return Policy

At Coverdoors we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products, however in the event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.                                                           

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuers policy.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. The refund amount will only be for the item itself, not for the delivery cost associated with the shipping on the initial purchase from our website. Shipping costs are non-refundable.                                                                   

If the item is proven to be faulty than we will replace or refund the full amount of the item plus both the delivery and return shipping costs.
