Fire rated doors manufactured by COVERDOORS® are distinguished for their safety and elegance. Modern or classic design, they match perfectly for both the requirements of the customer and the interior commercial or residential space.

The high quality of raw materials used, the accuracy in manufacturing as well as the outstanding designs are just some of the features that fire rated doors under the COVERDOORS® name provide.

Our fire rated doors are the ideal solution for spaces that demand maximum safety, and are certified for 60 minutes of fire resistance by Exova Warrington and 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes of fire resistance by the IFC certification body.

This door range is available in HPL, Veneer, 2 Pack, CPL and Laminate (CPL and Laminate finishes require a minimum quantity of 30 doors), veneer finishes are only available in beech or oak and the frames/architraves are painted in a 2 pack polyurethane fire-retardant coating in ICRO products to match the finish of the HPL door panel.

Creating an effective fire strategy

So what can be done to combat fire and smoke?

Every building needs its own fire strategy and fire protection systems.
Fire protection systems fall into two categories: active fire protection and passive fire protection, both of which need to work together in the event of a fire.

A shared responsibility

When active fire protection and passive fire protection systems work together, in unison, they save lives and protect property.
